Although there are many considerations which go into selling your home, I cannot stress this point enough if you desire a timely and effective marketing campaign for your property.
A major factor in pricing your property is the local absorption rate or the number of homes sold each month in your property's price range. Knowing this indicates whether or not you can push the limits on price. I will do this for your home so we can maximize price and minimize time on market.
